Front Desk Coordinator

Francis is the friendly face that welcomes you to Integrative Dental Wellness. She has been working in the dental field for two years and joined the IDW team in November 2024 as a front desk coordinator. She is dedicated to ensuring every patient has a smooth and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Fran enjoys spending quality time with friends and exploring the outdoors through hiking. Her warm personality and commitment to patient care make her an essential part of the IDW team.

Laurice is an experienced expanded functions dental assistant and implant coordinator, known for her exceptional service, attention to detail, and fun-loving personality. She is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels at ease, especially those with dental anxiety—something she understands firsthand. Her compassionate approach allows her to provide the care and comfort she would want for herself.

Beyond the dental office, Laurice is a talented musician who writes and performs R&B music under the name Lady Love. Her passion for creativity and connection shines both in her music and in the care she provides to patients every day.

Operations Manager at IDW

Jessica Eastep, RDH, MS, brings 25 years of experience in the dental field and a deep commitment to patient care and practice excellence. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Jessica moved to Maryland to join Dr. Betts and the team at Integrative Dental Wellness, continuing their long-standing professional relationship that began at The Ohio State University’s Dental Hygiene Program.

As Operations Manager at IDW, Jessica combines her clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring that both patients and team members receive the highest level of care and support. Now living in Frederick, MD, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, Bryce and Chase, and her husband, Phil. Jessica is passionate about fostering a welcoming and innovative dental experience for all.

Community Liaison & Administrative Assistant

Lisa is the community liaison and administrative assistant at Integrative Dental Wellness. She brings nearly a decade of experience in the medical field, specializing in hormone therapy and aesthetics. Her passion for patient care and community engagement makes her a valuable part of the IDW team.

A Sykesville local, Lisa lives with her husband, two amazing teenage kids, and their beloved dogs. When she’s not connecting with patients and the community, she enjoys volunteering with horses and getting lost in a great book. Lisa is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels welcomed and informed, making IDW a place where both smiles and relationships thrive.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jennifer Lynch is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist with a passion for patient education, building confidence, and improving overall health within the community. She finds fulfillment in establishing meaningful connections with her patients, helping them take charge of their oral health, and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Originally from Arizona, Jennifer relocated to Carroll County, Maryland, where her husband grew up. Together, they have a 7-year-old son and cherish time spent as a family. Whether it’s enjoying the beach, camping, amusement parks, or gathering with loved ones, Jennifer values experiences that bring people together.

Therapy dog

Princess Leia, our beloved therapy dog at Integrative Dental Wellness! This sweet yellow lab is a certified therapy dog through Pets on Wheels (POW) and has been bringing comfort and joy to our patients for over two years.

When she’s not spreading smiles at IDW, Leia loves swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and playing at the beach. Of course, being royalty comes with responsibilities—like eating and taking well-deserved naps after a long day of being adored. Whether you’re feeling a little anxious or just need a furry friend to brighten your day, Leia is always here to provide a calming presence and plenty of tail wags!
